How we work!

1- We establish your needs and affordability

3- We will provide you with a quote for the chosen option, a reference and the banking details.

4- A deposit of 50% of the quoted amount, secures your place (only after reflecting on our bank account).

5- A receipt/invoice is prepared and sent to you, confirming your payment/reservation

6-The Balance to be paid in advance prior to the day of arrival.

7- Key handover by 11:00 am on the day of occupation.

8-Inspection and inventory verification ( approximatelly 30 min)

9- Check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure
